Since its creation, EDG has worked with numerous companies, public agencies, and a wide range of additional clients who were interested in connecting their values to their culture, productivity, and commitment to their mission. • The Hudson County schools of technology, New Jersey, across from MetLife Stadium, providing design services to a new facility that would be state-of-the-art as an institution for preparing people to be successful in a wide range of skilled vocations for future companies.
• The DC taxi commission, Washington DC, providing human relations, self-assessment, and self-improvement training to become more effective in their profession.
• Quality Learning Systems, Battle Creek, Michigan, worked with their clients linking corporate values with results.
• Rochester School, Bogota, Colombia, developed technology plans, Organizational strategies, and effective training for an innovative, new campus and new teaching approach in a very high-performing school.
• Army Junior ROTC, Norfolk, Virginia, designed values-based approaches to training instructors working in schools across America to prepare students for future leadership in the US Army.
• The Walt Disney company on the development of the community of celebration Florida, involving community design based on values, state of the art, technologies, and partnerships. Additionally, worked with Disney and the Nature Conservancy and its role in conservation on Disney properties.
• AT&T Basking Ridge, New Jersey, developed designs for homes, utilizing extensive feedback from prospective customers to help them assess need and any necessary changes to their products and marketing.
• The Hands Across the Border Foundation to do work, connecting efforts in Arizona and Mexico to share training expertise.
• Worked on many additional projects in Israel, Mexico, Colombia, Russia, and other countries around the world and more than 20 states in the United States.
